What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, telephone number, what you are getting in touch about, and anything you write in the message field.

We do not ask for and you should not send detailed medical records, insurance identifiers or payment card details through this website.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange an appointment and provide the care you ask for. We reply by the method you used to contact us, or by whichever one you tell us you prefer.

This practice does not run a text-message marketing program and does not add you to any mailing list. You will not receive promotional messages from us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The inquiry form is delivered by a third-party form service, and email is carried by ordinary providers, which means those providers process the message in order to deliver it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry messages are retained for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to keep an accurate record of our correspondence. Clinical records are retained separately in accordance with the requirements that apply to physical therapy records in Texas.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete inquiry correspondence, by contacting us using the details above.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (for example from a search engine or another website), and which actions they take, such as calling from the site, opening the booking form, or sending an inquiry.
