Solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange an appointment and provide the care you ask for. We reply by the method you used to contact us, or by whichever one you tell us you prefer.

This practice does not run a text-message marketing program and does not add you to any mailing list. You will not receive promotional messages from us.

The inquiry form is delivered by a third-party form service, and email is carried by ordinary providers, which means those providers process the message in order to deliver it.

Inquiry messages are retained for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to keep an accurate record of our correspondence. Clinical records are retained separately in accordance with the requirements that apply to physical therapy records in Texas.
