Why people call this practice
One-on-one, individualized physical therapy for busy executives, professionals and athletes in chronic pain — so you can live free of a reliance on pain medication.
Post-doctorate osteopractic training
Diploma in Osteopractic: spinal and extremity manipulation, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and differential diagnosis, on top of a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
A full hour, one-on-one, every visit
60 minutes with Dr. Lockett — never split across a gym floor or handed to an aide. Typically 4–8 visits in total rather than months of appointments.
Seen at the clinic, or where you train
Sessions run at the North Dallas clinic, and where it helps the plan, at your home, office or gym across Dallas and the surrounding areas. Your environment is part of the assessment, and your home program is built in the space you will actually do it.
Treatment includes
The techniques most clinics
cannot offer together

Dry Needling
Fine microfilament needles into the trigger point that is actually driving your pain — releasing knots ordinary hands-on work cannot reach.
Explore
Spinal & Extremity Manipulation
A gentle, targeted thrust that restores movement to a specific joint — comfortable, controlled, and delivered inside your available range.
Explore
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy
Build strength and muscle size at light loads — one of the few practices in the Dallas area offering certified BFR inside a rehab plan.
Explore
Dry Cupping
Suction that lifts skin, muscle and fascia — soft and deep tissue mobilization for areas that stay stiff no matter how much you stretch.
Explore
Mobile Physical Therapy
One-on-one physical therapy delivered to your home, office or gym across Dallas — a full hour, every hour, with the same therapist.
Explore
Sports Performance Therapy
Athletes cannot afford to wait for pain. A full-body evaluation that finds the compensation before it becomes an injury.

Want quick pain relief?
Short dry needling sessions
for instant relief
In addition to using dry needling inside a larger pain management plan, you can book a short session purely for fast relief.
Dry needling treats musculoskeletal pain and improves your range of motion by targeting myofascial trigger points to relieve pain and increase blood flow, allowing your muscles to return to their normal resting state. Stimulating these trigger points quickly relieves tension and prompts your brain to release endorphins.

Findings & plan
We go through what was found and what it means, then build an advanced treatment plan around the goals you actually came in with.
Treat, load, teach
Hands-on treatment, loaded movement, and the self-mobilization and exercise you need so the change holds between visits.

What we hear every week
“Pain is part of life”
When did pain become the norm? We empower you with education and individualized care to determine the root of your problem, break the pain cycle and get you back to being you.
“My only option is surgery”
With healthcare quality and satisfaction at an all-time low, we strive to raise the bar and provide high quality one-on-one care — a full hour of physical therapy and fitness services at the clinic, or from the comfort of your home, gym or office.
“I'm old, I'm supposed to hurt”
Pain does not simply show up with age — it is the result of injuries, muscle and skeletal misuse over time. Movement caused the pain to appear, and correct movement and coaching can help it go away.
“Nobody can help me”
We give you our full and undivided attention to identify underlying issues and develop a unique treatment plan tailored to you, to meet your goals with your own personal PT. We are honored to help you get back on track.
