Appointments and payment

We are an out-of-network provider. Pricing is quoted directly. A superbill is provided at the end of each treatment so you may file a claim with your insurer; whether you are reimbursed, and by how much, is a matter between you and your insurance company.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so the time can be offered to somebody else.
